MDG is looking for a driven and experienced Architect Level III or Architectural Project Manager to oversee projects, clients, and support staff. We are looking for someone with 8-15+ years of post-academic Architecture Firm experience. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit is a requirement.

To be successful in this role you have…

• At least 8 years of professional Architecture Firm experience outside of your time in school.
• At least 5 years of Revit experience.
• The ability to communicate effectively through written, drawn, and verbal mediums.
• Should have good graphic skills and the ability to perform analyses of design and planning.
• Experience with Construction Administration.
• Highly collaborative but also having the ability to self-direct and be proactive.
• Detail and task-oriented with a passion for quality.
• Innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills.

It would be nice for you to have…

• Experience working with commercial and/or industrial projects.

Work Environment

• This position works in an office setting from Nashville, TN.
• For flexibility, we have established a system for the occasional need to work remotely.

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time position – Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work-life balance is important here; it is very rare we work overtime and/or weekends.

Travel

• Some local and out-of-state travel may be required.
