906 Studio is seeking a Project Architect to join our Single Family Residential Studio. This role is responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of residential projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical proficiency and enjoys collaborating within a design-driven studio environment.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and oversee design layouts, drawings, and documentation for residential projects.
• Provide design recommendations that align with client goals, site conditions, and budget constraints.
• Prepare architectural plans using Revit, CAD, and manual drawing techniques.
• Coordinate design details and specifications across disciplines to ensure technical accuracy.
• Review and modify designs based on input from clients, management, and consultants.
• Research materials, codes, and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skills in SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion considered a plus.
• Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
