906 Studio is seeking a Project Architect to join our Multi-Family Studio. This position provides leadership in project design, documentation, and coordination for multi-family and mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and collaborative in guiding project execution.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and coordinate detailed construction documents using Revit.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Lead internal design teams through all project phases.
• Assist with project specifications, code research, and quality assurance.
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
• Support the Studio Lead in project delivery and mentoring design staff.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of three plus years of architectural experience, preferably in multi-family design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

What We Prefer
• Architectural license or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience coordinating consultant teams and managing technical workflows.
• LEED certification or interest in sustainable design.
