Expected performance activities would include collaborative design of buildings, environments, etc., followed by the creation of construction documents and construction administrative duties. A high level of client relation and communication skills are expected to be understood and/or learned.

Expected level of experience includes:
Minimum of two years in private practice working within an architectural firm.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of construction details.
Candidates should have construction administrative experience.
Candidates should have a command of industry standard computer programs.
A pursuit of architectural licensure is encouraged, but not mandatory.
