ESa is looking for as many as two Project Managers with experience in the Senior Living sector to participate in all project phases, with a focus on managing and leading Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Specifications. Advanced knowledge of programming relationships for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Behavioral Health projects is preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelors, or Master’s degree in Architecture is required. 7 – 10 years of relevant experience with a collaborative work style in the senior living sector is preferred. Ability to work with and lead an extended design team including consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives. Experience in renovation, renovation/additions, and new construction projects of varying sizes is best. Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Office Suite programs, and writing / editing specifications is needed. Proficiency with the International Building Code, FGI Residential Health, Care and Support Facilities Guidelines, and other applicable state health and accessibility jurisdiction requirements.
