Key Questions to Evaluate the Embodied Carbon of Wood, Steel, and Interior Finishes presented by the Carbon Leadership Forum

The A/E/C industry-wide discussion about embodied carbon extends into all materials, including those used for interiors. By leveraging this discussion, there has been a resurgence in understanding where materials come from and how they are made into their finished forms. To reduce the embodied carbon of materials used in construction, one has to acknowledge many questions and perhaps not yet have all the answers. In this session, the panelists will illustrate some key factors to consider about wood, steel and interior finishes to help make informed product selections.
