HMHA is seeking an Architect to join our diverse collective of Architects and Designers. This is a role for those who enjoy variety in their work. The days stay fresh at HMHA. You will be involved in design, documentation, coordination, and client communication throughout the life of a project. It is a well-rounded position with exposure to every phase.

Requirements:
• Licensed Architect (TN or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
• 7+ years of commercial architecture experience
• Demonstrated experience contributing to projects across multiple phases
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience coordinating with full consultant teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal

Growth Path
This role is intended to grow into a Senior Architect position. That next step involves leading multiple teams, mentoring staff, and taking a larger role in overall firm operations.
