ASD|SKY, a progressive interior design, architectural and graphics firm has an immediate opening available for a Project Architect in our Nashville, TN office.

Individual must possess 5-10 years of Experience specializing in Commercial/Corporate. Opportunity for high exposure design projects with growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidates:
-Endeavor to maintain the design and technical excellence of the Firm.
-Participate in a fast-paced environment with the Design/Project team to establish planning and design concepts pertaining to a project and ensure adherence to these concepts throughout the architectural process from concept to construction.
-Evolve and refine the design for a project; communicating the design direction to the project team
-Coordination of the design and documentation process with external consultants
-Organize, direct, and lead a project Construction Documentation team
-Organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently

Education, Experience and Skills Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Architecture (or Advanced Degree in Architecture) from an accredited institution
-Registered Architect licensed in the U.S. (preferred)
-Knowledge of construction methods and systems appropriate to the firm’s work
-Excellent technical and detailing skills, and advanced knowledge of building codes
-Revit advanced-user, SketchUp advanced user, AutoCAD proficient, plus Adobe Creative Suites, and other rendering software
-Superior written and verbal presentation skills
-Possess strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
-Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the design / technical intent or relationship with fellow team members
